What is a Cold Sore?

Also referred to as a fever blister, a cold sore is a group of blisters that form around the outside of the mouth and lips. They can be triggered by fatigue, stress, illness, pregnancy, exposure to sun or wind, dental work, or local skin irritation (such as a permanent cosmetic tattoo used to enhance the size or color of the lips).
Cold sores are fluid-filled lesions caused by herpes simplex virus type 1 infection.
For most, a cold sore infection starts with an early warning symptom – a tingling, itchy, or numb sensation at the point it will erupt. Next, a small, pimple-like bump appears and later, becomes a large swelling. After a few days of pain, the swelling recedes, transitioning to a cluster of blisters. The blisters eventually burst open and later, create scabs. The entire episode seems to never end, yet typically resolves in a couple of weeks.
Since the year 2000, tens of thousands of customers have relied on herbal-based Canker Sores Begone™ to help resolve painful ulcerations inside the mouth in a fraction of the typical time.

How Canker Sores Begone™ Works

As soon as you feel the familiar burning pain of a canker sore, apply Canker Sores Begone™ with your fingertip. Accelerated healing time begins instantly. Use consistently a few times a day until the sore is gone, usually from a few hours to a few days, which varies from person to person.
Note: Canker Sores Begone™ is not effective for ulcerations caused by a reaction to acidic food.

What is a Canker Sore?

A canker sore is a type of oral ulcer. Officially called an aphthous ulcer, it is a painful, exposed ulceration inside of the mouth. They can be triggered by fatigue, stress, physical trauma in the mouth area, such as dental work, braces, and chemo and radiation treatments. They can also be caused by food allergies from acidic food, however, Canker Sores Begone™ is not effective for these mouth sores.
For most, canker sores don’t have early warning signs. There’s a burning sensation from an exposed ulcer that’s extremely painful and more so when trying to eat or drink. Talking can be difficult also. They last anywhere from a few days to several weeks.
